Description: For your consideration is this lovely original Guild Ashbory pre-Fender bass with its original soft case and some extra strings. There are some scuffs and scrapes, all pictured, but overall this bass is in excellent shape for its age and would be a great addition to a collection. These original Guild Ashborys are extremely uncommon, with these first models only being produced from 1986 to 1988. This was produced pre-Fender, pre-DeArmond. It still plays when connected to an amp, but the E and A strings are extremely quiet, they may need an adjustment or simply a better amp than my cheap tiny practice unit. Would be best suited for a collector, these don't project like a typical bass but of course anyone is more than welcome to purchase it for any purpose they see fit.
