The shaft is in pretty good condition with normal/heavy bag wear in the form of nicks, scuffs, scrapes, scrape marks, and scratches. The grip is a nice, but a little dirty, black/red/silver/white Taylormade Lamkin Crossline 360 grip. The shaft measures just about 42 7/16" inches which means it should play just about 43.25" inches in your Taylormade fairway head.
