Description: This nifty, B&W, Japanese-manufactured post card of the, "Official Quarter, Fushun Colliery, Number 2,"(in good-very good condition, with some stains of unknown origin, and wear and tear around the top, left corner(of the front)) was sent as a New Year's card on January 8, 1914, from the Japanese P.O. in Fushun(admittedly light/faded in places), Kwantung Leased Territory, China, to Oumi Kuni Province, Japan! Outside of the obvious stain on it, the blue, 1.5-Sen, Japanese definitive is in fine condition! Noted imperfections aside, this remains a neat piece of Japanese and Chinese postal history!
