Handmade by me is this fun fashion doll duster jacket, which is season versatile, perfect for Fall layering and also attending summer music festivals. It has been tried on a couple of 11.5" dolls to show fit. Sewing is done by machine and by hand where needed. The fabric in this one is pretty special. Materials used: 1970s true vintage corduroy floral print fabric, upcycled from a curtain balance, the lining is 1970s denim, remnants from a recent project I was working on, and floral vintage trim. I used a vintage pattern. I did not design this set although modifications were made to accomplish the look I desired. Fray Check may be used in areas where the fabric is prone to fray, but is kept to a minimum. I've only started to make doll clothes August of this year, which has been a fun process! I say this so that you can keep in mind, there might be some minor stitch or fit imperfections but it does photograph well as shown. I appreciate your support in my journey!
