I repaired the plastic turn screw knob on left side beam rail tightener and made a new knob for the other one - they function just fine. I replaced a missing 4-40 slotted screw to prevent the left side caliper from potentially sliding off the beam. Small crack on 1 corner of the plastic case. See photo's. If returned for any reason it must not have been taken apart, damaged or have any of the parts missing that were originally with this unit.
