We are farm to fork experts and all of our products came as freshly picked pods . We cleaned fermented this product then dried it , roasted it then went thru a variety of grinding processes before becoming this beautiful piece of Dark chocolate. Our ingredients are straight forward organically grown cocoa nibs with sugar and plenty if love in some cases we do add extra cocoa butter to keep our product consistent.
