This is normally 1.1 to 1.3mm thick.This leather jacket also includes the S1 fabric on the back and shoulders, which is made of elastomer coated with Cordura polyamide which gives the fabric unmatched mechanical strength and elastic properties. Dainese applies nanotechnologies to this fabric making it both water and oil repellant.This motorcycle jacket is available in 4 different colors and 10 different sizes.SafetyThe Dainese Super Speed 4 leather jacket contains replaceable aluminum plates on both shoulders and seamless ones on elbows. The shoulders also contain Dainese EN1621.1 Pro-Armor soft protectors on shoulders and racing derived EN1621.1 composite protectors on elbows. This contains no rigid or bulky materials, and the construction allows for total freedom of movement and increased comfort when riding, whatever the situation may be.At the back and front of the jacket, there is an additional pocket for adding G1 or G2 protectors for back and chest for further protection on the road.The jacket also contains an aerodynamic spoiler and an elbow Replaceable Slider System 2.0 (RSS System) for easy replacement if needed.In addition to this, for dark weather conditions, the jacket contains reflective inserts to keep the rider visible to other road users.ComfortThe use of S1 fabric in this jacket makes the jacket extremely comfortable to wear providing excellent airflow as well.
