Description: This wonderful lemonade set is both very pretty and unique. The stippled or frosted glass is topped with a band of gold gilt and is decorated with hand painted enamel decoration. The pitcher is highlighted by a charming swallow tail bird. The set is blown glass and includes the 12" tall pitcher and six tumblers just under 6" tall. *Please note that the set is unmarked. I used my best judgment after researching and determined it is most likely Moser from the early 1900s. I purchased this at an upscale antique auction from the estate of a woman who had quite an impressive collection of glass and pottery. It is in very nice condition, especially for the age. You will notice in the last two photos that there is a crack by the handle. It may have been from production when they applied the handle. It is very stable and doesn't affect the use of the pitcher. The six glasses have varying degrees of gold loss and minor scratches, but none are bad enough that I would hesitate to use them. I have used them twice to serve pina coladas in, and they certainly received compliments! Please see all photos to judge condition for yourself and ask if you have any questions or need additional pictures. White spots or streaks are glare from the overhead light. The gold was particularly hard to photo because of reflection.
