Description: Currier & Ives Vintage Framed Prints Set 152 Nassau NY Published Reproductions in lovely red oak varnished pine wood frames with glass fronts. The only print that has a small "issue" is "A Home in the Wilderness" which may have a bit of water damage way at the bottom under frame that cause some "wrinkling" in the print, no discoloration. The others are fine and the frames other than a few minor scratches/rubs are very nice. Print set includes: Maple Sugaring (125 Nassau St 1972-74); The Roadside Mill (152 Nassau St 1850's) The Old Ford Bridge (15 Nassau St) ; A Home in the Wilderness and View from Ft. Putnam (West Point Hudson River)(125 Nassau St 1872-74) All have "Published by Currier & Ives" the street address (indicates date timeframe printed) Maple Sugaring, and A Home in the Wilderness have "Entered according to act of Congress in the Year 1872 by Currier & Ives in the Office of the Librarian of Congress at Washington" The Roadside Mill and A Home in the Wilderness have typed "Entered according to....Congress....1870 Southern District of New York.
