A drawn Event card at the beginning of each round indicates the number of turns taken during the first phase, as well as how Action cards will be played. Each player has their own powers in connection with their outlaw’s personality. A game plays in 5 rounds. Each round, there are 2 steps: 1) Programming the next actions. Players plan their moves by programming action cards on a common pile. 2) Performing those actions played during the first step. Outlaws move from car to car, or from the inside to the roof, they steal, they shoot, they avoid the Marshall.
