It is good fro freezing and canning.Collards are rich in vitamin A, B1, B2 and C For companion planting: Plant with Beets, Celery, Chards, Cucumbers, Lettuce, Onions, Potatoes, and Spinach. Plant with Chamomile and Garlic to improve growth and flavor. Planting with Dill improves growth and health of the plant.
