DAMAGED PIECES If item arrives damaged we ask that you provide pictures of the box and the damaged pieces, so that we can submit a claim to the proper shipping company. **PLEASE HOLD ONTO DAMAGED PIECES, BOX AND SHIPPING MATERIAL. THE POST OFFICE WILL NOT REIMBURSE FOR THE DAMAGES WITHOUT INSPECTION FIRST. ** Refunds will not be given for damaged pieces. We will replace the piece and get it out as soon as possible.
