Authentic WWII WW2 Japanese Tanto Knife Katana Short Sword w/ Hand Made Sheath

Description: Authentic/original WWII Japanese tanto/short sword. The tanto/short sword measures approx 15 1/4 inches long in total length. The blade measures approx 8 1/2 inches long from the tip of the blade to the top of the tsuba. Blade measures approx 7 3/4 inches long from the tip of the blade to the top of the collar. The blade has no absolutely no nicks, chips, bends, cracks or broken pieces. I did not attempt to polish the blade. There is a stress crack down one side of the grip/handle that can be seen in the photos. The hand crafted sheath itself is made of brown leather and appears to have the wooden sheath on the inner area (see photo 17). I did not attempt to remove the wooden sheath from the leather sheath. I am unsure of the exact age of the leather sheath itself. Comes from a smoke free and pet free home. Shipping and handling is $16.11 within the 48 Continental United States.
