May be able to be fixed by a cobbler. -Chain strap has some discoloration on the pink leather but not noticeable from a far distance. -Minor hardware scratches - inside is clean Perfect bag for travel with lots of space. Bag still has a lot of life left! Beautiful bag but too big for my needs. Bag is nylon so there is no structure so if you want it more structured would have to add a base.
