Description: Armand Marseille 1894 Doll 22 in AM 6 Jointed Comp Body Bisque Head Brown Eyes Click images to enlarge Description Here is an Armand Marseille Doll model 1894 AM DEP 6 as marked on back of Bisque head with a jointed composition Body. This pretty doll is 22" long . Doll dates from 1894. Doll is also marked Made in Germany. This doll has pretty and expressive face. She has open close brown glass eyes. Eyebrows and lashes are painted. Also has pouty pink lips and open mouth with exposed teeth, I count 4, and a dimple on her chin. She is wearing a replaced blonde wig. Doll has a composition body with jointed limbs. Body and limbs show some age but are working well. Limbs attached. All fingers and toes present. There is some soiling on the body and loss of finish around some of the joints. Doll is dressed in a pretty period dress and hat with lots of undergarments. Doll is wearing underwear shoes and socks. Garments appear to be newer replacements. Doll has been cared for over the years and spent much of her life standing in a glass cabinet. Though an older item she is very clean, in nice condition and displays well.
