Description: For your consideration Antique Victorian Rogers Smith & Co Silverplate Tilting Water Coffee Pitcher!It is in an antique preowned condition with patina from age and wear as well.The pitcher is beautifully and intricately decorated as such pieces from the victorian era are and shows a lot of floral designs on the edges and the handle.The pitcher has a porcelain insulation lining on the inside free from cracks or chips.It can be tilted to pour and there is a pedestal for a goblet to be set.The pitcher can be removed just from lifting off from the base.It does have two dents as shown in the pictures has a decorative "ball" missing from the base and a decorative metal line from where the goblet it set.It measures 16in tall and 14.5in wide.Gifted to Mr and Mrs JC Griesheimer on May 2nd 1883, it has a floral pewter handle.
