Description: Here is a Antique Venetian Millefiori glass beaded necklace. The Venetian beads came to me about 35 years ago loose. The rare bi-cone bead is sublime. The four tear drop shaped beads are rare as hen's teeth. The six smaller millefiori beads go well with the others. I decided to string them up as a necklace. I added three Lapis lazuli beads and 3 Italian coral beads and used these beautiful fresh water pearls with 14K/20K gf accent beads and clasp. Necklace is 22" long making this a choker style necklace. There are 11 Venetian millefiori beads. The bi-cone bead measures 18 x 22 mm. The tear drops measure 22 mm long. The 6 millefiori beads measure 8 mm. The pearls are about 2 mm long. The clasp is a easy to use hook and eye clasp. The beads are pristine. I strung these beads on stainless steel plastic coasted beading wire finished off with gold filled crimp beads.
