Description: For sale I have a large antique salt glazed stoneware jug. The jug was skillfully hand thrown in the early 1800s and has a nice color ranging from a gray to a red brown. The jug measures 16 inches tall by 8 inches at the widest and holds 2-3 gallons. The piece is in very good condition with only 4 small chips to the base. There is a small piece from another pot stuck on the surface.
