Scuffed, scratched, rusted, black paint coming off in areas. Fastener's purposefully look "cut" so the top can be removed. Inner glass has a couple small darkened circles, but not cracked. Plastic inner insert in top has yellowed/browned due to age. Any defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considered as "described". Item sold "AS-IS"--see photos.
