Description: On offer today is a beautiful antique German bisque doll head.She is fairly early, as she has the square-cut teeth, not the later rounded inset teeth.She also has her original plaster pate, which has never been removed! I added a pair of vintage German blown glass eyes. They are waxed in, so could be easily removed if not wanted. MARKS:J F. Made in Germany CONDITION:Antique poor-to-fair condition.Piece missing from lower left (doll's left) front of shoulderplate.Tiny chips on lower left (doll's left) eyelid.No hairline cracks, though! MEASUREMENTS:Head Circumference is 10.75 inches around.Shoulders are 5 inches wide at the very widest part. It'll be great for display as is, for repairing a doll with more damage, or for creating an affordable version of this rarer doll for yourself.
