A completely original note which would be gem if it had better centerring. The seal and serial numbers are that deep orange/gold color that is so pleasing to the eye. It is graded by PCSG as Very Choice Uncirculad 64PPQ. The Premium Paper Quality designation means that it is not washed or pressed like many raw notes you will see on eBay.
