The gold lettered cover is in good condition with mild edge wear, moderate corner and spine end denting, mild rubbing, spine lettering clear and legible. The gold edged pages are in good condition with mild yellowing, no tears, or writing that I can see, mild edge chipping to the last few pages. The boards are secure but beginning to separate as pictured, the body is solid. This is a thick, heavy, well made volume. Book measures 7 inches X 10 inches X 2 1/2 inches thick, 1065 pages I do combine shipping.
