Starting in 2011, the mint stopped minting coins for Mint Sets in the "Satin Finish". These 2012 Jefferson’s are NOT Satin finish as they were no longer made this year. The US mints produced 2 uncirculated nickels in this year. Both of these coins were taken from a U.S. Mint set and are still sealed in the original mint cellophane.
