Description: 1958 Slingerland Gene Krupa Deluxe Outfit Drum Kit Size : 14x22, 9x13, 16x16, 5x14 Finish : Light Blue Pearl 1960s Slingerland Gene Krupa Deluxe Outfit in the original Light Blue Pearl. Drum descriptions as follows : 14x22 The bass drum is in very nice condition with original wrap over a 3-ply shell, original hardware, including a consolette rail mount, telescoping spurs and 10 lugs / rods per side, a cymbal arm mount and a telescoping top mount. The L cymbal arm is included in the purchase. The top center telescoping cymbal mount was a piece of hardware that Slingerland offered during this time however was not a part of the catalogued Krupa outfit. This could have either been a special request to add or added sometime later. The drum has original natural interiors and the wrap is all original Light Blue Pearl, including inlays. 16x16 The floor tom is in beautiful condition with beautiful wrap, 3-ply shell with natural interiors. All of the hardware is original including the push-button leg holders. One or two of which do start to slip under heavy weight. Playing isn't an issue however. 9x13 The rack tom is in great condition with no significant issues. Original Light Blue Pearl wrap over a 3-ply shell, original natural interiors and hardware. There is one side of the batter hoop that has some large scratches, please see photos. These earlier 60s Slingerland kits did not include badges on the mounted toms. 5.5x14 - Gene Krupa Model Snare Drum This snare is very nice over all.
