Description: This is a vintage original ticket stub from the 1933 college football game between Oregon University (The University of Oregon Ducks) and the University of California Los Angeles Bruins at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. This game was played October 28, 1933 and was won by Oregon 7-0. The 1933 Oregon Ducks football team was one of the best in the school’s history going 9-1 and pitching five shutouts enroute to a Pacific Coast Championship under the tutelage of legendary Coach Prince “Prink” Callison. The 1933 Webfeet’s 9-1 record would stand as the school’s best all the way until 2001. The Bruins would go 6-4-1 that year under coach William Spaulding. This vintage original ticket stub was mounted in scrapbook at one time and has a small bit of contact surface loss to the paper on the back of the back of the ticket. Overall condition is very good.
