It was the first-ever meeting between leaders of North Korea and the United States.United States President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un sought to establish what the president called “a very special bond” resulted from this historical meeting. Later on June 12, 2018 the two sat next to each other to sign a joint declaration pledging to work toward peace and to denuclearize the Korean Peninsula. After 68 long years, the Korean War may finally, technically, come to an end.Though the fighting officially stopped in 1953, North and South Korea never signed a peace treaty, a technicality that has highlighted the conflict between the once-united nations for decades. But a historic summit between the two leaders of the countries this week may have altered that relationship forever.South Korean President Moon Jae-in met with North Korea leader Kim Jong Un at a village near the border. The full result of the latest summit is a start for freedom for Koreans. A peaceful negotiation could help heal decades of wounds caused by division and war and perhaps give a new generation of Koreans hope for reunification. To Commemorate this Historical event a 1953 $2 USA currency and special stamps with a United States postmark on June 11, 2018 and June 12, 2018, the days of the start of this historical meeting and the date of the signing this historical declaration. The currency and stamps were encapsulated by CCC after stamp cancelled by the Unite States Postal Service. This $2 1953 Red Seal United States Note was produced in 1953 the same year the Korean War officially ended and used for commemorating this historical event which will make a nice collectible to everyone in the World. This Red $2 and stamps postmarked on this bill both June 11th & 12th making this collectible very rare and a piece of history itself. Attached to the 1953 $2 bill are these stamps:North Korea Leader Kim Jong-Un and South Korea President Moon Jae standing side by side stamp. They stepped into each other's territories, and signed documents committing the two countries to official talks of peace and denuclearization exchanged handshakes with smilesUSA Flag Stamp issue by the United States Postal Service. This is why this stamp was placed on this Bill symbolizing forever peace between USA and North Korea. This stamp was produced in one design, in a pressure-sensitive adhesive stamp, produced by security printers Ashton Potter (USA) Ltd (APU) and Banknote Corporation of America (BCA). 1953 Red Seal $2 bill was kept only as a United States Note when all U.S. currency was changed to its current size. The obverse features Thomas Jefferson's portrait that had been on previous $2 bills. The reverse features Jefferson's home, the Monticello. The note's seal and serial numbers are red. In 1953 the $2 bill received design changes, the treasury seal was made smaller and moved to the right side of the bill; it was superimposed over the gray word TWO. The United States Note obligation now became superimposed over a gray numeral 2. The reverse remained unchanged. The 1953 $2 United States Note Red Seal, also known as a Legal Tender Note, is a type of paper money that was issued from in the U.S. They were known popularly as "greenbacks" in their heyday, a name inherited from the earlier greenbacks, the Demand Notes that they replaced. Often called Legal Tender Notes, they were called United States Notes by the First Legal Tender Act, which authorized them as a form of fiat currency. This Note is Legal Tender for All Debts Public and Private except Duties on Imports and Interest on the Public Debt; and Is Redeemable in Payment of All Loans Made to The United States. The United States Notes were originally issued directly into circulation by the U.S. Treasury to pay expenses incurred by the Union during the American Civil War. Over the next century, the legislation governing these notes was modified many times and numerous versions were issued by the Treasury and this 1953 $2 U. S. Note Red Seal was one of them and purchased from a collector in 2018.Will be Shipped Protected Visit My eBay Store: Collectors Selloff, for exciting items, I will be adding many items every week, I am selling off my personal collection which has been in the family since 1921.
