Description: The 1924 Peace VAM 5A has the longest die break in the Peace Dollar series! Extending on the reverse from the middle top of the Eagles feathers in a curved path down to the very top of Eagles leg feathers and then very faintly, not easily seen with the naked eye, in the field across the top of the word Dollars and ending at the 4th ray that extends between O & L! By enlarging picture’s #2 & #3, you can see this fine die break! And, on a scale of R1 to R7 this coin has a Rarity of R6. Although graded only AU 55 it looks MS and could possibly grade higher!!
