They are supposed to be a 100MFD capacitor however according to the meter they are testing between 160uF-170uF which is way out of range. The Fluke 1587FC is supposed to measure within 1%. You will get 1 capacitor for the $ . These are new old stock vintage capacitors, the exact marking on the capacitor may vary, see picture #3 for examples.
